Chocolate chip Cookie

The only way I make chocolate chip cookies now is on a xtra large pizza pan, one giant cookie and it turns out to be the best cookie...just ask my family and friends.....

Mmm Good

Although I am on a diet I splurged tonight and had a burger ( instead of a boca ), fries ( instead of cottage cheese) and corn ( instead of broccoli ) and it was sooooo yummy, I will pay the price for it tomarrow but tonight I enjoyed....I forgot to take pictures but burgers on the grill you can just imagine....

Quiet Night.............

The sunshine state wasn't very sunny today, overcast and rainy....little below average temp. for this time of year. It'll get better tomarrow....
It's almost time to put in my garden. This will be the 1st garden for us here in Florida...Just a small one out back to get me started. The prices of veggies has gone up so much a garden should help with that cost....that's if all goes well...
I just need to decide what exactly I am going to grow and the area it needs to be in....I am pretty exited about it..............

Mmmm Mmmm Chicken......

I left out the mushrooms since I didn't have any on hand....the little chunks are so tender. I made this along with little fried red potatoes and a salad...no bread tonight....

All The Right Reasons......

Sometimes we do things for all the right reasons and it turns out it's not the right thing to do...you can say "I am Sorry" but it doesn't matter. The wrong thing was done, trying to get back to making it right again is even harder so what do you do. Make it right or atleast keep trying to make it right. Sometimes there is nothing you can do to make it right. Either the one effected by the wrong will forgive you or they wont. If you've done you best theres nothing else to do.....Sometimes you can't right a wrong....'
If someone has done something, he acknowledges it, tries to make amends, learn to "Forgive".......don't keep bringing up the past and throwing it in there face... It doesn't help....
It's better to forgive than to carry a grudge....

Shouldn't he be more concerned over what Polowsi is saying about illegal aliens being "patriot"..
Guitner messing up in the Treasury department, AIG bonus's that have people upset, this very unconstitutional bill that was passed to make sure 90% of bonus money goes back to "where".....
Our economy needs a President willing to keep "912 project" principles, not do what he wants to do, whenever he wants, to whoever he wants...................
Next election we need to remember all of this and vote the way it should have been...........

Angel Food Cake with Homemade Apricot Sauce

Low-cal and so wonderfully light....taste great, too.
Soak dried apricots over night.
Soft boil till soft.
Add sugar to taste.
I did put mine through the food processor to make sure it was the consistency I wanted.
Make it thick enough, it's great as jam.....

Just Thinking

I can open my windows in the winter months, and go without a coat.
No mittens are needed, no scarf around my neck, no shovel in my hand.
