Angel Food Cake with Homemade Apricot Sauce

Low-cal and so wonderfully light....taste great, too.
Soak dried apricots over night.
Soft boil till soft.
Add sugar to taste.
I did put mine through the food processor to make sure it was the consistency I wanted.
Make it thick enough, it's great as jam.....
